These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Test's platform and services. By registering or using our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Test. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
To use Test, you must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Accounts created by minors without parental consent will be terminated.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and must use strong passwords. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited. Notify us immediately of any security breaches.
You agree to use Test's services responsibly and ethically. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: distributing spam, violating intellectual property rights, uploading illegal content, harassment or hate speech, and any activity that disrupts our services or harms other users.
All Test trademarks, logos, and proprietary content are owned by Test or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
By submitting content to Test, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly display, and create derivative works from your content. You retain ownership but are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights.
Premium features require paid subscriptions. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Payment information must be kept current. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
Test reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. No modifications will entitle users to refunds unless services are permanently discontinued.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Test shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding any claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.
These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes must first be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation before any legal action.
